By MICHAEL BURNS Student Government Council voted to establish a committee to propose recommendations to the Regents for changes in the Re- gents' Bylaws, last .Wednesday- The committee was formed in order to present student body opinion and past SGC actions to the Regents, who are presently in. the process of revising their by- laws., Philip Zook, '60, presenting the motion said that "effective rep- resentation of the student body dictates that the Council suggest such changes as may appear necessary" with regard to student opinion, Council actions and pres- ent conditions.I The committee will consist of four members, two or more. of which will be Council members. Directs Committee The Council also directed the # executive committee to compile a booklet containing the procedure and organization of SGC and pol- icy statements on the various ac- tivities of the Council. The compilation will be pre- sented at the end of the current semester. It will contain refer- ences to minutes and SGC actions.
