ON THE DIAG (Bad Weather in the Fishbowl) OLD CHURCH HALL-Harris Hall, built in 1886 as a church hall, has never been owned by the University but has been leased from the church. After the North Campus building is put Into service, the building will be used solely as the headquarters for the Marching Band. The building has housed the center for wind instruments.
