Quarter- back Bob Chandler was back in uniform butstill favored a taped left leg injured last week. Chandler passed during drills but stepped out during "live" action, putting Tom Prichard directing the second team. First-string left half John Rowser made an appearance dress- ed but without pads and is ex- pected to be back in action in a day or two. Jack Clancy filled in for Row- ser, Dick Wells held down the right half spot, and Mel Anthony remained at fullback during a late brief scrimmage.
