LINCOLN-In order to help keep talented Nebraska students in Nebraska, the University of Nebraska has revised its Regents scholarship program so that the 100 high school students who make the best scores on the state- wide Regents examination will be able to attend the university for four years, tuition-free. Kratochvil, director of student affairs, said the chapters are the only three on the campus which have discrim- inatory clauses. * * * BOULDER, Col.-The president and vice-president of the student body of the University of Colorado have denounced the "New Conser- vative," newspaper of the campus Conservative Club, for an editorial "detrimental to academic freedom in inhibiting free thought."
