The author chosen for this fall series will be Albert Camus, and the books to be discussed include: The Plague, The Stranger, The Fall, Exile and Kingdom, and The SMyth of Sisyphus. Only The Plague and The Stranger are re- quired reading for meaningful par- ticipation in the program., Five Sessions In all there will be five lecture sessions concluding with a panel discussion at which all previously participating members will be present. There has been an at- tempt to choose departments and invite speakers who would have interesting and informative addi- tions to make to a study of Camus' works and who would bring to light aspects which would be over- looked in a normal reading. Speaking after Prof. Bergmann on Sept. 27th will be Prof. James Gindin from the English depart- ment, on Oct. 2 Prof. Roy Nelson, of the French department, on Oct. 4 Prof. Joseph Adelson of the psy- chology department, on Oct. 9 Prof. Julius Moravcsik of the phil- osophy department. On Oct. 11 the panel discussion will be held. At Honors Lounge All the seminars are to be held in the Honors Lounge of the Un- dergraduate Library from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. The panel discussion will be held in the Multipurpose Room. Students are welcomed to the program but urged to make a gen- uine effort to keep up with the reading in order to make the end results more profitable to every- one involved.
