Editorial Prize
Daily Co-Magazine Editor Har-
ry Perlstadt, '63, yesterday was
named winner of the Alice Bog-
donoff Silver Editorial Award.
Carrying a $100 stipend, the
award is given annually to a Daily
staff member who displays quali-
ties of courage, responsibility, ma-
turity and "concern for justice and
democratic ideals" in editorials
and interpretative writing.

Prof. Maurice B. Elchelberger of
the engineering college said re-
cently.
"It keeps one young to remain
in contact with them."
Prof. Eichelberger retires this
year after teaching engineering
graphics and drafting for 40 years.
He received his bachelor's d--
gree in military science at Michi-
gan State College of Agriculture
in 1916. He joined the University
faculty in 1922 as an Instructor.
He also helped compile a history
of the engineering graphics de-
partment.
He is a faculty member of
Lambda Chi Alpha. Prof. Elchel-
berger is also an honorary faculty
member of Triangles and Scab-
bard and Blade honorary frater-
nities.
