An International Kaleidoscope The seven days known as In- ternational Week have ended, and foreign students and Americans now can reflect on a time of mu- tual participation in a cultural ka- leidoscope. After a series of lectures and seminars earlier last week, the women of Victor Vaughan Resi- dence initiated the activities by hosting the weekly International Tea Thursday, while on the same night the International Affairs Committee of the League present- ed a modeling show of interna- tional fashions. Then on Friday and Saturday, the World's Fair opened the sec- ond and third floors of the Union to more than 5,000 visitors, who toured through display booths set up by 22 different nationality {clubs. "Crossroads of the World," the theme of the fair, was alsolexem- plified in variety shows put on by foreign and American students, while the halls of the Union, dec- orated with international plac- ards, were patrolled by commit- teemen attired in police costumes from other countries.
