Gone from our contemporary scene is the Old West, but ar
bit of it comes back tomorrow with the opening of the
Westerner Beef Buffet. Here Western prime beef, served
an atmosphere reminiscent of frontier days, is a prime
specialty. A wide selection of standard entrees en-
hances the cuisine offered by hosts Jack Cochran
and Sig Stensland. Two banquet rooms are
available for groups by reservation, and the
mtain dining room serves both luncheon
and. dinner seven days a week.
