The informal luncheon meeting held under the auspices of the Ann Arbor Citizens Council ap- pointe4 Prof. Arthur Eastman of the English department, Arthur Gallagher, editor of the Ann Arbor News, Mrs. John Lansing and Mrs. Stanley Thayer. Mrs. Brymer Williams will act as secretary to the committee. The group also heard from the three Washtenaw County dele- gates, Roscoe Bonnisteel (R- Washtenaw), Prof. James K. Pol- lock, (R-Ann Arbor) and Donald Lawrence (R-Ypsi). The delegates explained the time considerations involved in reporting to Ann Ar- bor constitutents and the problems of the convention.
