THE MICHIGAN DAILY ZBT's Move to Norti Campus The Zeta Beta Tau's have mov- ed into their new fraternity house, the first one to be, constructed on North Campus. Fifty-one men live in the new house with 2-man suite style ac- commodations. The two - story building located on the corner of Broadway and 'Hubbard has over 1,800 square feet of floor space. It includes a dining room seating 90 people, a living room, a card room, as well as a music room.- The house designed by archi- tect Paul Moffett is the first to occupy the seven acre tract 'over- looking the Huron River set aside for fraternity and sorority house construction. "The house was built at a cost in excess of $300,000,'' ZBT President Art Rosenbaum, '62, said yesterday. The University and the city of Ann Arbor have promised direct bus transportation to campus. "The new house is really not much further away than our old one. It's just a bit more secluded," Rosenbaum added. The ZBT's are making special provisions for rush. They plan to have pick-up stations at the Quad- rangles and other points around campus. ZBT is still in the process of selling its old chapter house, con- structed in 1912. The old house is in an area that has been re- zoned into single family dwellings. Under the present zoning laws the property could not be used for a fraternity house. In these files, lists are kept of people who are willing to tutor other students in almost every subject. Lists are also kept of those students willing to type term papers, essays and other as- signments. A small fee is charged for both of these services. Plans this year include the ex- pansion of a now existent travel file. This is a list of travel pro- grams in Europe, including all of the National Student Association tours.r The committee also hopes to expand their file of scholarships, loans and grants so that students Crowden Dies Of Coronary Prof. Emeritus Roy W.
