SOC voted; in addition, to con- tinue the present student health insurance plan for another year and to donate $10 to the John 1 Fitzgerald Kennedy Library. The motion on student opinion was presented to the Council by Carl Cohen, '66, and by the SGC Student Concerns Committee. It stated that SGC motions which ex- press student opinion must, be re- ferred to "appropriate campus or- ganizations" for discussion. The motions are to be reviewed. by the governments of these or- ganizations and a form, filled : out and returned to SOC expressing approval or- disapproval.
