Chatters, superinten- dant of printing for student publi- cations at the University, and former Chicago city controller, died Tuesday in New York City. He collapsed two weeks ago while addresing the American Municipal Association. Chatters, an expert on munici- pal finances, vas well-known in Ann Arbor. He was the former director of the Michigan Munici- pal League -.nd author of a busi- ness text book often used in the business chool.
