Tables and chairs are available in Room C-70-B Angell Hall and must be returned at the end of each day. c.- Literature may be available to be picked up by interested persons or1 may be handed out. d. Must be sturdy and anchored securely-maximum size 4' x 8'. 2. May not be posted to trees in a manner that might injure the tree (no nails) or be potentially dangerous to passers by. M. Must not interfere with other signs, bloc ktraffic, or in any inter- fere with the operation of other orga- nizations. 4. Which are damaged must be re- paired or removed within 24 hours after damage has occurred. 5. Posters for the information cen- ter must be posted by Alpha Phi Omega. 6. All signs must be removed on the last day for which permission is grant- ed. 7. All signs must bear stamp of Stu- dent Organizations. e. Sound equipment may be used only during that time between the hour and 10 minutes after the hour, and between 12 noon and 1 p.m. Before using sound equipment, check permis- sion procedure with the Office of Stu- dent Organizations or Student Govern- ment Council. University Bulletin Board Policy The following policy regarding the use of University bulletin boards was adopted by Alpha Phi Omega and ap- proved b ythe Office of Student Affairs. 1) The maximum size posters is 15" x 24" with the exception of the Union and the Fishbowl, where 24" x 36" pos- ters will be permitted. 2) All posters will be delivered with- in three (3) days (excluding Satur- day and Sunday) following the day they are brought to the APO office. 3) Posters announcing events spon- sored by any of the following groups may be posted: a) Recognized all-campus student or- ganizations. b) University departments. c) Area civic groups (providing that the event is of service or interest to the student body at large). 4) The followin items may not be posted: a) Newsletters. b) Campaign literature (except the SGC semi-annual picture composite). c) Information concerning contests. d) Any -event or service sponsored by an individual person. e) Any event or service sponsored by a profit making group. 5) All posters must specifically state, the sponsoring organization. 6) Alpha Phi Omega cannot be held responsible for any posters in excess of the amount required. 7) Each individual poster will still remain subject to the discretion of the executive board of Alpha Phi Omega.
