25, 1958 THE MICHIGAN DAILY AGE Naval ROC Applications Obtainable, Applications are now available for the 1959 Naval Reserve Offi- cer Candidate Program, according% to Lt. Comm. Robert L. Schafer, Commanding Officers of Reserve Naval Security Group Division 9-12. The ROC program gives mem- bers of the Naval Reserve and civilians who are attending college opportunities to qualify for ap- pointments as reserve officers in the Navy. Applicants must be between 17 and 2712 years old. All college men who meet the physical require- ments and are not beyond their junior year are eligible.
