The colleges are set in a quiet residential area with no restau- rants, stores or other business es- tablishmehts closely surrounding. Just north of the colleges, across a creek are located a new public library, art center, planetarium, and theatre, all for the use of the Flint College students. Parking problems are absent, as is evidenced by the rows and rows of autos parked in the two large parking lots in front of the schools, just off the main street. Although the Flint College is small in size and numbers, it is developing a great college spirit and is adopting many of the Uni- versity traditions. There is now a campaign under way to learn the alma mater, "The Yellow and Blue," and the Student Government Council has promised a severe penalty to those students who fail to learn it. 8LAYBI ' IL. 58IS9) PRESENTED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF SPEECH ANNOUNCES THAT A LIMITED NUMBER OF SEASON SUBSCRIPTIONS ARE STILL AVAILABLE.
