; S THE MICIIGAN DAILY NSA Offers _,x , Study Plan Two Polish and two American students will participate in a twelve-month exchange program negotiated by representatives of the U.S. National Student Associ- ation and the Polish student groups, USNSA president Robert Kiley announced recently. Applications for the exchange program will be received at USNSA's international office, 142 Mt. Auburn St., Cambridge Mass. Both the American and Polish organizations plan to have the ex- change students begin their studies in January, 1959. This will be the first long-term academic exchange with. Eastern European students since the inception of the cold war period. At the invitation of the State ,Department, USNSA sponsored a thirty-day exchange of American and Russian student editors last May. The present exchange agreement also provides for a two- or three- week orientation program for the four students, and for a short- term exchange of representatives from the two student organiza- tions.
