Israeli Group To Perform To celebrate Israel's 11th Inde- pendence Day a program featur- ing Israeli folk dancers will be presented at 8 p.m. Saturday in Rackham Amphitheatre. "The Kinneret Dancers," a group of Israeli university stu- dents at schools in Chicago, will perform folk dances and songs of modern Israel. A film on "Israel after 10 years" is also on the pro- gram. The celebration will open with a reading of "The dream of the dry bones" from the book of Heze- kial. Exhibitions of Israeli in- dustry and stamps will be open for inspection durihg the inter- mission. Refreshments will be served at this time. In com- munity service, he has served on numerous boards in Richmond1 and, in Ann Arbor, on the Urbanr Renewal Plans Standards Com- mittee and Citizen's Committee.t He was also on the governor's youth and child commission while in Indiana.
