THE MICHIGAN DAILY Plan Varied Projects for Current Semester said that through Union assist- ance, some of the sport groups like soccer and sailing could re- ceive varsity status. These groups will have their own officers, the only thing the Union does is to provide sponsor- ship required for recognition by the University. Two years ago the International Relations Committee was formed to promote understanding between American students and the cam- pus international population and to work with the International Students Association to further this goal. This year, under the chairman-a ship of Maurice Zilber, '60, the committee sponsored the World's" Fair and International Week. In March, the committee will hold an all-campus United Nations with international students acting as delegates from their respective countries. and American students acting as advisors to the delegates.
