Sound conditioning is difficult to do.
About the only way it can be done well is*
in a bi-level, which has about a foot and a
half of concrete between the upstairs and
downstairs.
This avoids hassles.
You can study or sleep while your room-
mates are doing whatever they do.
And vice-versa.
Several realtors offer bi-levels, however
Charter has more campus located bi-levels
than anyone else in town.
