TODAY is the
NATIONAL DAY OF RESISTANCE
RALLY-DEMONSTRATION
DRAFT CARD TURN-IN
BEGINS NOON on the DIAG
Several members of the community will speak after which draft cards
will be collected and placed in on envelope. Following these brief
presentations, a line will be formed which will extend towards the
Ann Arbor Draft Board on Liberty Street. Those who wish actively
to aid and abet the resisters will join in the line and pass the envelope
containing the cards from person to person. The line will then pro-
ceed to the Draft Board. Those who do not desire to engage in
complicity may join the line at this time. After the men turning in
cards have spoken to the members of the Ann Arbor Draft Board, the
cards will be mailed and a short demonstration held in front of the
Board.
