THE VOTING FOR THE LUDWIG PIANO. Goes merrily on, and we, like the Eng- lishman who for the first time viewing Niagara Falls could see nothing won- derful about them: "Such a volume of water falling so great a distance," etc., for his part he did not "see how the water could help falling." So it is not at all strange when 15 merchants offer to give a $350 piano to some lodge or society that it is accepted wita "Thanks." It is difficult to predict at this time what society will register the greatest number of votes, as the holi- day trade promises to be heavy. If you do not thoroughly understand the scheme consult any of the merchants mentioned below. KOCK furniture, carpets, picture frames, mouldings, trunks and valises. WAHR & MILLER Shoes.
