The freohmen classes of the Uni- versity for this year deserve the high- est commendation for the work that they have done in baseball thisspring. Two freshmen classes, the medics and lits, struggled for the final honors, having won fron the seaoned teams of the upper classmen. It must furth- erbe noticed that the final game yes- terday was free from unsportsmanlike conduct. Although both clases turn- ed out in large numbers to view the game, no unpleasant incident marred the game. Brilliant plays on either side were applauded impatially and the best of good feeling seemed to pre- vail. f i 1 ROSE MAIDEN.
