Last evening Mr. B. L. Greene
gave the Engineering Society a
very interesting account of his
experiences in constructing the
elevated railroad in St. Louis, Mo.
H. J. Barto, '90 Law, is a
candidate for circuit court coin-
missioner on the Industrial party's
ticket.
John Whiting, formerly '93

Rev. Mr. Sunderland will speak
next Sunday evening on "Real
Infidelity," and in the morning
upon 'Jaiies Martineau," the dis-
tinguislied English preacher,
scholar and author.
The young lady who called to
escort Vivian A. Drake to the
Freshman spread, was rather [dis-
concerted when she found that
Vivian A. belonged to the genus
homo.
Bishop E. G. Andre ws, of New
York City, speaks before the
Wesleyan Guild to-morrow even-
ing.
Miss Patterson read an inter-
esting paper before the Geologi-
cal Society, last evening, on "The
Boulder Rocks of Michigan." C.

elected members of the society.

Gelston will give the first of a
series of lectures on "The Story
of Creation and its Gospel Anal-
ogy "
