The female aeronaut met with an accident at the fair grounds yester- day. She fell from a tree to the ground and hurt her spine and in- jured her hip severely. The professors of civil engineer- ing, agriculture and horticulture at Cornell, have been directed to pre- pare a plan*for putting the roads of the University in the best possi- ble condition, the object being to arrive at the best method of road building.
