Article II., Section 2.-There shall be a manager of inter-scholastic athletics who shall be elected by the Board of! Directors at the regular June meeting, and whose term of office shall begin on the first day of the following July, and extend one year. He shall have general1 management of the inter-scholastic meetagiven-'under the auspices of the alsociation, and shall represent the as- sociation in -its relations with all branches of .inter-scholastic athletics. Article III., Section 2.-The words "Manager of inter-scholastlc athletics" shall be inserted between the words 'managers" and 'sod." GRADUATE DIRECTOR. Article I.-The Board of directors shall have the authority to engage a Graduate Director, who shall become the adviser of the association's athletic policy, and shall assume such powers and duties as shall from time to time be delegated to him by the Board of Directors. Article IIt., Section 4.-It shall be the duty of the financial secretary to keep the books of -the association based on receipts from and orders on the treas- urer, and 'to keep on file itemized state- ments of all accounts passed on by the Board of Directors, and before the an- nual meeting of the association he shall present -the accounts of the association resolution to recognize the independ- ence of Cuba. After a sessioislasting two hours the resolution was made the special order for 10 o'clock at the next meeting. Paul H.
