Blaney's big extravagan. za success, "A Boy Wanted", will be the attraction at the Athens The- atre, Monday, Oct. 10. It is con- ceded to be one of the biggest finan- cial successes of the past season. "A Boy Wanted" is a mixture of farce comedy; extravaganza, burlesque and vaudeville, and was written by Mr. Blaney for the purpose of introduc- ing a host of pretty girls, clever comedians, talented vocalists, expert dancers and high class vaudeville artists; and there is a most successful scheme to entertain an audience, and which should meet with the same big business at our play house as it has every place it has played during the past season. There are a great many funny situations throughout the play, which are brought out in the bright- est manner possible. The witty re- marks and the jokes are all new. The scenery is handsome and in keep- ing with the play; and with such a bright production, together with everything surrounding it being car- ried complete, the success is guar- anteed, as with all of Mr. Blaney's attractions. In the absence of Mr. C. L. Meader, Prof. Joseph H. Drake will give the lectures on Roman in the Law Department. Mr. Sidney D. Townley, last year an instructor in Astronomy at the University of Michigan, has gone to the University of California. The Ann Arbor Music Co. this year have a Stock of Martin Guitars and Mandolins. Everyone knows the Martin guitar and their mando- hins are just as good. 9 0. M, MARTINI. FUNERAL DIRECTOR Embalming a specialty. No. 200 Fourth Ave. Ambulance night and day.
