making a good showing. Among
those whso throwv the hammer well
are Smeltzer, Griffin, Percy, Rose,
and Austin. In the shot-put Conk-
lin hsas set a pattern of 35 feet,
while Smeltzer and Decke put the
ball about 33 feet.
