nal.
The contestants in the Pennsyl-
vania -Cornell inter-collegiate de-
bate, will argue the following ques-
tion if Pennsylvania agrees: "Re-
solved, That the best interests of
the United States demand the an-
nexation of the Hawaiian Island,-
granted, the free consent of the
inhabitants of the Islands."
