The Sunday morning break­ fast was augmented by Lions members parking cars at the Woodward Avenue State Fair entranc gate Saturday and Sunday to earn forty cents per car for the Lions cau es. In ad­ dition to the breakfast, parking cars, the Lions Club also held its 300 Club Cash Raffle. Th grand priz w $1,000 and Jerry \ nite, a Highland Park resi­ dent was the winner. All of the money goe for the support of leader dogs for the blind and to help local commu­ nity organizations, aid Robert Harris, the Lions Club 3rd vice president and the chairperson for the pancake breakfast. . During the Christmas holi­ day the Lions Club sell candy canes and hold a white cane sale in May, Harris added. Titu. Sick room supplies, Podolsky said, include walker, commodes, canes and diabetic supplies. The pharmacy takes most major medical insuranc plans, includ­ ing Medicare and Blue Cros . The pharmacy pride itself on being concerned about the gen­ eral well being of its customers, Podolsky aid.
