au8t th firl!lg of Yarbrough. Turn r tried to ge the com
m Ion to go into cI ed ion to discu the firing but
Attorney Williams aid, in hi opinion, "Yarbrough w hired
. a contractor with the city. Ba ed on that, I would cl ify
th as a contract, contractor relationship as opposed to a to an
employ ,personnel matter."
Williams also informed the eommi ion that he didn't want
to get i.nto a debate between them, but Yarbrough was origi
nally hired by contract. He said there i orne debat a to what
happened after that contract expired, but the facts are not
based on an employer and employ relationship to make this
a personnel matter.
