Symphony. auditions
for youth soloists.
Y himi Takeda, Music Director and Conductor of the Kala­
mazoo Symphony Orchestra, announced an open auditions for
the KSO's 1995 Youth Soloists. The auditions will be held
Saturday, January 14, 1995, in a location to be decided. The
winners of the auditions will perform with the KSO during the
annual Education Concert Series, to be held February 28 and
March 1 and 2, 1995.
Students are eligible to audition if they are enrolled in
grades K through 12 and reside and attend school in one of the
following counties: Allegan, Barry, Berrien, Branch, Calhoun,
Cas , Eaton, Kalamazoo, t. Joseph, and Van Buren.
