Members present: Supervisor Boothby,
Clerk Askew, Treasurer Mammina and
Trustees Hudson, Isaac, Mott and Wells.

The meeting was called to order at 7:02
p.m. followed by a silent invocation and
the Pledge of Allegiance. The minutes of
the regular meeting held July 19, 1994,
were approved as presented.

Accepted Property Committee's recom­
mendation and awarded Township
owned properties to highest bidder, at- I
firmed policy for neighboring property
owners to buy townsnip owned proper­
ties for minimum bid established, and
authorized return of deposit money to
unsuccessful bidders.
Set 8/16/94 and 9/6/94 as public hearing
dates for the Superior Street Special
Assessment District for street lighting'.
Set 8/16/94 as the public hearing date to
consider granting Venture Manufactur·
ing and Progressive Machining, Inc. In­
dustrial FaCilities Exemption
Certificates.
Adopted resolution of support in connec­
tion with the Empire Avenue Improve­
ment Project.
Upheld the Planning Commission's rec­
ommendations and approved site plans
for Meranda Corstruction Group - Wal­
Mart Outlet and Second Baptist Church
Activities Center.
Took no action but -. greed to look into
