HELD ON TUESDAY, JUNE 21 1994,
AT 7:03 P.M.
Members present: Supervisor Boothby,
Clerk Askew, Treasurer Mammina &
Trustees Hudson, Is ac, Matt & Wells.
Members absent: None.
The meeting was called to order at 7:03
p.m. followed by a silent invocation and
the Pledge of Allegiance. The minutes of
the regular meeting held June 7, 1994,
were approved as presented. The
Agenda was amended under New Busi­
ness to add Items G. 7 Bldg. Dept.
Demolition Bids, H. D.N.R. Park Grant
Resolution, Community Development
Bills added to Item F., and I. Rehabilita­
tion Bid Opening.
Held Public Hearing and designated
K.I.W.O.T.O., Inc. as an Industrial Devel­
opment District and granted an Industrial
Facilities Exemption Certificate for 12
years.
Accepted the low bid of Meeks Con­
struction in the amount of$18,000forthe
demolition of 805 N. Shore Dr., 256 S.
Crystal, 1133 Chicago Ave., 134 Chest­
nut & 1105 Highland Ave.
Approved Empowerment Zone/Commu­
nity Enterprise Strategic Plan and
authorized the Supervisor to sign.
Deemed necessary the Terra-Pike
Water District.
Authorized the Township Attorney to
start eviction proceedings on the follow­
ing Township owned properties': 341 Ver­
non, 331 Vernon, 266 Chestnut, 132 N.
Crystal, 1697 Highland, 953 Highland,
127 Chestnut, & 644 Wells.
Confirmed Township Tax Reverted
Property Sale List #19 and authorized
sale.

years administrative experience in

complishments in academic planning,
curriculum development, faculty devel­
opment and budgeting. Full-time teach­
ing experience in higher education
required. The successful candidate must
be a creative, high energy person with
excellent interpersonal skills and a
strong supporter of shared governance,
a visionary in education. We invite appti­
