114 cup diced red bell pepper

Combine remaining 112 cup barbecue
auce and 3 table poon lame juice;
remove 1/2 cup and reserve. Place
chicken on covered grill over medium
coal; grill 8 to 10 minute, turning
once. Ba te with remaining barbecue­
lime mixture during the la t few
minute of cooking.
Place tortilla around edge of �rill to
warm. Slice chicken and mix With 114
cup of the reserved barbecue-lime
mixture. Bru h warm tortilla with
remaining barbecue-lime mixture. Fill
each tortilla with some chicken and a
poonful of black bean al a. Serve
warm. Serves 4.

4 almon teak , cut 3/4 inch
thick (6 ounce each)
112 cup K.C. Ma terpiece Honey
Teriyaki barbecue auce
2 table poon minced green
onion
Place alrnon in hallow di h.
Combine honey teriyaki auce and
green oni n ; p ur over fi h, turnmg
to coat both ide. Cover and refrig­
erate 1 h ur. Remove almon from
marinade, re erving auce. Grill
almon over medium coal 5 to 7
minute on each ide, or until fi h
flake easily with fork, bru hing
cca ionally with re erved auce.
