gram for M128-1 05-001, -002, -003 and
-004: HUD project numbers M128-
P10598993 and MI28-P10590193:
which consists of the replac ment of
shingled roofs, replacement of furnaces
and HVAC units, and some sewer and
plumbing repair work for up to 211 public
housing units.
The Highland Park Housing Commis­
sion will receive sealed bid proposals for
a single construction contract. All work
will be performed under the guidelines of
the Comprehensive I mprovement Assis­
tance Program managed through th
Detroit Area Office of the Department of
Housing and Urban Development.
Interested bidders may obtain copies of
bidding and construction documents be- .
ginning at 10:00 A.M. local time on
Thursday, May 19, 1994 at the Highland
Park Housing Commission offices.
There will be a $45.00 deposit per set
required: deposits will be refunded only
to those bidders submitting a Proposal
by the deadline and returning the docu­
ments in good order by June 30, 1994.
Bidding and construction documents will
be on file for reference at offices of The
Lloyd Corporation (Architect), the High­
land Park Housing Commission
(Owner), the Construction Association of
Michigan, Dodge/McGraw-Hili, and
Daily' Construction Reports.
