c ived a 1 phone call reporting
tha on of the young brothers
had b n hot. When he arrived,
th young man barely had a
pulse.· Kilindi rushed the young
man to the hospital in his per-

Kilindi wa now, in the eye of the
police, his accomplice. Kilindi
was taken to jail immediately,
charged and locked-up. .
Kilindi is described as a "free
spirit", a non-materialisitic man
by his wife, Jendayi. Never con
sidering what you could do for
. him, but alway concerned about
what he could do for you. There
was no hint that eveningthat his
freedom was about to be "taken"
" tripped", and "denied" him
Imply becau e he was a Black
man doing what he doe
best ... help others!
Kilindi spent 19 day in jail,
away from hi mother and fa

brother Jali. Jali, who pent
