T I believe
that school in the Black com
munity/village can and must

aring of our children
There are several ey ele
ments and ingredien which
must compri . the model of the
redefined school in the' African
American community.
These learning/liberations
centers must be comprehensive
and wholistic in their approach
to educating and rearing our
children. First we must have
highly skilled, committed, lov
ing, and community oriented
teachers and administrators.
WE NEED TEACHERS and
administrators who know our
community and are committed
