According to John Pesta, as­ sistant to the Brotherhood of Maintenance Way Employees union secretary-treasurer, the abandoned headquarters of the Brotherhood of Maintenance Way Employees at Woodward and California will be used for a new city hall. Pesta said both the union and the city were dealing with a pri­ vate investor for the last six months on the project. He re­ fused to say who this private investor was. "If they (city offi­ cials) want. you to know, they can fill you in on the details." The Michigan Citizen could not reach city offici ls by the time of this deadline.
