In large bowl, combine one cup of
th all-purpose flour, all th whole
wh t flour, oats, cornmeal, ye t,
orange p I and butter. In small
ucepan h at prun juic and water
to 120F. to 130F. Pour over dry in­
gredients in bowl; beat with electric
mixer t medium speed, two
minutes. Add honey and one of the
eggs; beat on minute. Stir in one
more cup of the ll-purpose flour to
form a soft dough. Tum onto board
and knead for eight to 10 minutes,
working in enough of the remaining'
flour to mak a smooth, non-sticky
dough. Form into a ball, place in 8
lightly gr a d bowl and cover with B
kitch n towel; I t ri in wann place (i
until double in bulk, about on hour.
Punch d ugh d wn, tum onto board
and gently knead in prune and
sunflower nuts. Divide dough in
half; let r st fiv minut . Grease two
8 V2 x 4 V2-inch .loaf pans and dust
with cornmeal. Form dough into
10 ves and place in pans. Cover and
let rise in ' I double,
