Oral argument before the
Army Court of Military Review
is edul for t . month.

full court to revi the decision
of its three-panel judge.

Racial Reconciliation .' The Reverend Bill Quick
has dedicated his life to bringing us together - across
the artificial lines of race, ctas , sex and religion that
keep us from ddre ing real issues of economic
development in our city. Removing the racially-charged
rhetoric from our politic and working for the
advancement of opportunity fol all people is why we
need Bill Quick on Detroit City Council.
Casino Gambling. Four times, Detroiters have
said no to the get-rich scheme of casino operators - and
each time Bill Quick ha led the fight .. While others
hesitate, Bill Quick ha been an outspoken leader.
Clear Priorities. Job and neighborhoos. While'
other talk, Bill Quick ha rolled up hi leeve and gone
to work. That' why Civic Searchlight endorsed him as
. "preferred and well-qualified" for City Council.
