Ethel Tinsley, 85, died one day
before she was honored for 50
years a member of the Warren
Avenue Baptist Church. She was
born in Birmingham, AL, and
moved to Detroit as a youth.
At Warren Avenue he erved
with the NUrBEB Guild, the Ma­
tron' Board, the Warren Avenue
Chorus and, still had time to raise
three young cousins, Charlene,
Dawn and Yvonne.
Tinsley's survivors include her
husband, Willie; cousins Lery
Leroy and Fannie Mae Brown,
and a devoted niece, Deborah Ro­
binson.
The McFall funeral directors
