If th accused police offic rs, Larry Nevers and Walter
Budzyn knew that hou on West Warren and 23rd. was
in-fact a drug house - why wasn't it reported, raided and
closed down long before that fateful night of Nov mber 5?

that W t Warren area for nearly 30 year - I'v come
to the conclusion that dope dens are allowed to flourish
