Robbins Brothers Funeral Home, Benton Harbor, was in charge of arrangements. Mr. Felton was born July 14, 1910, in Sheffield, Ala. He was an Army veteran of World War II where he received several awards including two Bronze Stars and the Good Conduct Medal. He was retired from Auto Specialti Manufacturing Co.
