I AM 0 RN D with th Genesee County Court Judges and the
Michigan State Bar for requesting Ms. Murray to make refund payments
first to people who willing used her ervice and again when Ms. Murray
and her customers agree that the actual refund amoun are gro ly
incorrect. Thi' eerns like uch an unethical demand.
Although Ms. Murray has not been ked to close her office her
constitutional rights are being gro ly violated because she i not being
allowed to work peacefully in our "free" ociety. Although Ms. Murray
is complying with court rules and guidelines, the courts are till a ting out
against her and victimizing her customers.
She i being asked by the courts to make r titution ...
She crvices h r customers, collects their m ncy gives It to the courts
and then the courts tell the custome to 0 b ck to Ms. Murray and get
their money back.
Now when Ms. Murray d n't hav the r ntunon they'll jail.

Recently I read an article published by the Flint Journal Newspaper
(dated November 10, 19(2) that poke of a paralegal, Pam Murray in th
Flint area that owns and operates Michigan Legal Typing Center at 904
Martin Luther King.
Ms. Murray has been in business of typing legal forms for three years
and has become a victim of a great injustice.
The article tated that Ms. Murray was practicing without a licerse and
was "preying on the poor and ignorant", when in fact what she do is
type divorce forms from a divorce kit completed by her customers, many
of whom are city and county employees. (Grant it these people might be'
poor, working for the city or county, but I don't think they're ignorant.)
Ms. Murray tates that he i currently complying with a court order
of July 10, 1992 that tates he cannot give legal advice and he al 0 tated
that sh is currently making restitution to the court and that she i being
asked to make refund paymen to customers who have "already received
refun in full" and/or "make refunds of amounts much higher" than th
customer has actually paid for her, ervice.
Ms. Murray states that he has filed her proof of restitution in th court
but the State Bar of Michigan and Judge Freeman continue to ignore h r
proof and her oth r efforts to stay within the guidelines of a Paralegal.
