Highland Park YMCA has charged
that residents living on the forth
floor of the YMCA are being forced
to move to a higher floor and pay
more rent, or leave and find housing

the fact, noting everyone on the
fourth floor was placed in a federal
program called Project Try, which
was designed to make the residents
independent. '
Federal rules indicated that if the
residents are 'not independent after
two years, they would be forced to
leave the floor.

floor, where they are faced with
higher rent. Others chose to find ac
