land Park Neighborhood Coati tion
(HPNC) a non-profit community­
based organization designed to bring
various community group together,
has named Milton M. Dishman as
program coordinator.
Dishman, 51.yeaIS old, has been
on the job since April 1.
As program coordi nator Dishman
is charged with strengthening pre-
ent block club tablisbing new
on in unrepresented areas, re-es­
tablishing community meetings, and
addressing community concerns.

According to Dishman his first
