As of April 6, 1993, 16 ,369.14 i d linquent for a col­ lection rate of 95.5 per nt. Brodzinski aid letters were ent out to all 1992 delinquenci tating that unl s their 1992 taxes are paid by April 30, the city will take imme­ diate legal action with no further no­ tice.
