the neighborhood.

are immediately alarmed over
the renovation of one building
to allegedly house a massage
parlor. _

Joe aid some dealers can become
violent over the drug business.

need the money to make and do the
drugs,. it' enough to pur somebody
into violent action, It he said. "People
get eat up, my brother got a gun -
pointed at his head."
No one is sure how widespread
the CAT .problernjis. There have
been unconfirmed'feports of CAT in.
Detroit and Wayne County, and in
Milwaukee. Wisconsin police made
several CAT-related arrests in Janu­
ary.
