Announcement of th 100 percent mar came t th annual Running
Start Rally at HPCHS April 1. Th event. which drew. vera! hundred
parents and children. included a pcrforman e by nationally noted tory
teller Jackie Torrence, "The Story Lady", of Charlotte, N.C.
Highland Park' Running Start coordinator, Sandra Thomp on, was
awarded a plaqu by RIF, citing her "exceptional creativity enthusiasm
and dedication." .
