scholarship program for minority
tudents.
The purpo of the program i to
provide tuiHon' payment i tance
to minority tudents who are pursu­
ing full time undergraduate tudies at
a hi torically Black College of four
year Michigan college or universi ty.
Eligible tudents must re ide in the
14th Congr ional District which
includes the "northern half' of De­
troit all of Highland Park, Harper
Woods, Oro e Pointe Wood ,
Oro e Pointe Shor and a mall
Portion of Dearborn Heights.
Students must also qualify for fi­
nancial aid from the institution they
plan t attend and have a 3.0 ov rall
grade point average. S veral ch 1-
